The Fighting in the Somalia capital Mogadishu between
the government of National Unity backed with African
Union peacekeepers and Islamic Party fighters has

and wounding 15 others, witnesses told Waagacusub Media.
Today’s battle continue in the same areas in Hodan and
Howlwadag neighborhoods where the rival sides exchanging
heavy weapons as stray rounds hit beyond the war zone.
An artillery round hit a Quranic school in Yaqshid
district early this morning which killed one child and
wounded three others, local resident told Waagacusub.
Latest developments say the war has subsided in spite of
sporadic gunfire could be heard in areas effected by the
conflict. Total of the death toll reaches 50 while more
than 90 wounded
Each of the warring sides claimed victory over the renewed
fighting which forced many resident to flee their homes as
the already displaced people outside of the capital lost
their hope of returning back to their villages in the
city.
Yesterday’s fighting killed at least 50 people and wounded

It was the heaviest and worst war erupted in the capital
