outlets in the capital participated in fueling the
conflicts raged in the country also try to bring enmity
between the politicians and others parts involving in
the conflict.
“we have to fight against the media in Mogadishu as we
did to the warlords before, the society came to realize
what sort of journalists in the capital who became
obstacle to the peace. I think the minister on
information in the government will prevent it,” said
Ibbi angrily.
The threat by the government official came as the
journalists have been suffering for the in numerous
violations including killing, wounding, torturing and
intimidation while dozens of them fled the country for
their safety.
